Champion School Competition

| FORMAT OF COMPETITION |
The event will be conducted as a round robin.
Points – Win = 2 points Draw = 1 point
Schools may enter a maximum of one team of 7 players + reserves in each division – Boys A & B / Girls A & B. Minimum entry requirement is two teams e.g. 1 x A team and 1 x B team (same gender) or 1 x Boys A and 1 x Girls A. Note: a ‘B’ team will only be accepted if an ‘A’ team of the same gender is entered. |
| PRESENTATION OF TROPHIES AND SHIELDS |
A trophy will be awarded to the Champions and Runner-Up Champions in all 4 divisions (Boys A; Boys B; Girls A; Girls B)
Perpetual shields will be presented to the Overall Champion Boys, Overall Champion Girls and Overall Champion School. A school must be represented in all divisions to be eligible for the Champion School Perpetual Shield. |

| Additional information | Teams may comprise students in Years 5 or 6.
Team squads may have a maximum of 11 members (7 players + 4 reserves). All teams must have a coach/manager. All handball courts are located on the school’s oval Each game consists of two halves Umpires: Each school is to provide one referee (if required) with a good understanding of the most up-to-date Modified Handball rules.
First Aid: Is the responsibility of all schools with the host school providing ice packs. |
