Congratulations to the following students who have been selected in the WA State 12s Girls Hockey team to compete in the School Sport Australia Championships in NEWCASTLE in August.

All 18 squad members should be very proud of their achievements at the South West Country Carnival where we took out the championships in the 7/8 championship competition. We gelled well off the field and this showed in how well we played for one another on the field. Each and every player showed huge improvement from the first game on Saturday morning to the final on Monday afternoon. I would like you all to know that the decision was a very difficult one, and each and every squad member showed they have got what it takes to compete at the next level.
I can’t wait to see you all at our next training session on Friday 8 June at 4.15 – 6.00pm at Melville turf. All girls are expected to attend, however if you cannot make the session, please contact [email protected]
The compulsory uniforming and information session will be held at Como Secondary College on Sunday morning 10 June. Time TBC.
