Champion School Competition
|
The Champion Schools Soccer competition for 2020 will consist of junior boys, junior girls, intermediate boys senior boys and senior girls divisions. Due to COVID-19 restrictions during Term 2 the competition format has been restructured to operate in Term 3 and 4. All competitions will be conducted with a round robin format. Schools will be allocated geographically into groups of 3, 4 or 5 with a maximum of four group games. These competitions will conclude with a final for each group when time permits. Schools with Specialist Sport Soccer Programs will play their own round robin competition concluding with a final between the North and South group leaders. This group will be for the Specialist School’s “A” team. Other non specialist schools are invited to apply for teams in these groups if they want strong competition. Please email Sport Coordinator Joe Wright if you would like to do so by the close of nominations. Places are limited.
